Ponte Vedra Cosmetic Surgery is happy to work with prospective patients to make financial arrangement to fit their individual needs. It is our policy that all cosmetic surgical procedures are paid for in full 10 business days prior to the day of surgery.

We accept Visa, Master card, Discover and personal checks for which funds have been verified and deposited into our account in advance of the surgery. We will also help the patient arrange for financing of their procedure through reputable healthcare/ surgery

finance agencies. However, we caution patients not to go out on a financial limb just to have cosmetic surgery. If money is an issue, wait until you can really afford to have the procedure performed.

Ponte Vedra Cosmetic Surgery will also be glad to file insurance claims when services are covered by insurance policies for which we may provide your services. However, it must be understood that your insurance policy may not cover all of our usual and customary fee.
